Roles
Super Staff Pros exclusively works on roles that are on-site maintenance professionals. That includes housekeepers, porters, maintenance service technicians and maintenance supervisors.
Here's how it works.
-
Schedule a call.
Text to begin with a screening call with our Super Staff Pro team. We ask about your experience, any certifications, logistics (ex: start date), and administer a maintenance test.
-
We find opportunities.
Based on your experience level and preferred logistics (when can you start, what locations can you work), we set you up with property management firms.
-
You get hired.
The management firm will set you up with 1-2 more interviews, and if they give you an offer you will then do a background check with that firm. If you accept their offer, all that’s left is to choose which day to start!

Once you submit your info on this website, the Super Staff Pro team will text you to set up an interview. We will also seek to verify your work certifications and pull some references that we will complete later in the process.

Our team will determine which open jobs across our clients will best fit your skill set and logistics (location, start date, etc). Then we will submit your candidate package to that team, who will directly contact you regarding next steps. Likely this will be 1-2 more interviews with their team, followed by a job offer which includes a background check. The SSP team will likely be calling references once you’ve been given the job offer.
