Super Staff Pros exclusively works on roles that are on-site maintenance professionals. That includes housekeepers, porters, maintenance service technicians, maintenance supervisors and if you have in-house skilled trades like painters, plumbers or electricians we also place those.

We currently charge 5% of the new hire’s base salary. That is 50%-66% below the industry standards of 10%-15% of a new hire’s base salary.

If the new hire leaves during the first 60 days of employment–regardless of reason–Super Staff Pros will refill the position for no charge.

No, we do not offer that service. The reason is that we believe it’s a suboptimal approach to filling your maintenance vacancies–and often leads to hiring a “warm body” who shows up and is quite frankly not very good, but is perceived to be better than having a vacant position. Instead, Super Staff Pros focuses on sourcing the very best–particularly those who want to have a long-term career with their new team.

We will give you a highly professionalized candidate package that includes our interview notes, and why we think they will fit an existing need within your team and your company culture. We will also vet certifications (if they have any) as well as send over the results of a maintenance test that we will administer. We will not complete reference checks prior to an offer being made by your team, but will happily do so after that offer is in the hands of the prospective employee. We also do not complete a full background check, that will be done by the hiring team prior to start date.
